Experienced Attorney for twenty years - Rodney Sarkovics, Attorney and owner of Sarkovics Law has been practicing law in Indiana since 1996.  My experience includes felony and misdemeanor jury and bench trials, complex family law litigation, employment law and appellate work.

 

I gained valuable trial experience from 1997 through 1999 as a deputy prosecutor in Hamilton County.    In 1999, I went into private practice in Hamilton County where I continued to develop my legal skills for more than 16 years.  My private practice experience from 1999 through 2015 was in criminal law, civil litigation, family law and employment law.  This included criminal trial experience, extensive family law litigation and mediation, traffic law and related infractions, and appellate work.  

 

My work in employment law has involved employment contracts, severance agreements, unemployment claims, employment manual development for employers, and discrimination cases.

 

After nearly 2 decades of legal experience, I started Sarkovics Law in 2016 to provide individualized attention to my clients.  My goal is to understand your legal problems and objectives, whether simple or complex, and efficiently strive to achieve your desired legal results. I have intentionally limited my practice to the select areas in which I have experience.
